I have found my new jeweller! I am very happy with my purchase. The craftsmanship and quality is superb. During the process of making my bracelet, and even before, suggestions were taken and adhered to. My one problem with the experience is that it took longer to make the bracelet than estimated. I’m sure they have many clients so expect that it could take longer than proposed especially if the item is custom-made. But I’ve only ordered once and during the holiday season so maybe it was just a one off situation. Shipping was really fast from India to Canada so I have no complaints there. I will be ordering again and you all should to.
